Financing for your home
We've designed an affordable and convenient financing model so you can make your homeownership dreams a reality. Our project is backed by a financial institution that offers unique conditions to facilitate your investment:
Financing 70% of the home's value: The financial institution will grant a loan for 70% of the value of your home.
Affordable down payment: You only need to cover 30% of the home's value to begin construction.
5-year loan term: Payments will be manageable, with a term of up to 60 months.
You don't need to be a previous customer: If you don't yet have an account with the financial institution, one will be opened for you to complete the process, valid at any branch in the country.
You only need one guarantor: Since this is a loan for less than $30,000, you'll only need one guarantor's signature to support your application.
